Kindness is the sister of compassion and compassion is the brother of strength. To lead a healthy community is to have the compassion, kindness and understanding that every single neshamah is unique and its needs are unique. True Unity is certainly the strength of a healthy community! It is having the ability to look inside the heart of each person through a lense of love and empathy and have the vision to see the wonderful future potential that soul could achieve as it gets closer to its creator. The Torah becomes alive when it is used as it was intended. For it to be a guide shown by a person whose priority is the wellbeing of each neshamah.
